Diretor & CEO
Jim Wilson
I have been into Sport and Fitness for as long as I could walk, my passion for always wanting to win and succeed id what drove me to where I'am today. I started my fitness journey for myself originally, I wanted to learn how to move how to lift and become bigger and stronger.
I never knew how much becoming a Fitness Professional would make me wanting more and wanting to help others. I love the smiles I see from my members and seeing them all grow with self confidence is the best feeling in the world, why wouldn't anyone want to feel this?
I love all things Health and Fitness and being able to provide a safe and friendly place for others to workout and to belong to a fitness community is what drives me every single day.

Coach
Hannah Louise Webb
Why I got into the industry:
I became a PT because I love being able to empower people to see their strength, not just in the sense of how much they can bench or squat but also within themselves. I love helping people push their limits and also seeing the feeling of pride and accomplishment my clients get when they do something they believed they would never be able to do.
I believe that a person's health needs to include more than just how our bodies work physically and how they look, the mental, social and emotional aspects that come with training and exercise are just as important and I want to be able to share this and help as many people recognise that they are strong and powerful in more ways than one and to be able to do that every day is one of the reasons I love my job.
Experience:
Certificates III & IV in Fitness, Australian Institute of Fitness Champion (2016), I have been qualified for 5 years, and I worked with individuals for PT, semi-private training, group fitness classes and kickboxing
Favourite Food:
POTATOES (in any form - roasted, mashed, chips, crisps, salad, stuffed, baked, fried, grilled - all of them!)
Favourite exercise:
My favourite strength exercise is the deadlift, but I will always love boxing and I'm starting to love & appreciate high-intensity bootcamps to help with my fitness for netball.
Favourite quote:
I have 2, Strength doesn't come from what you can do, it comes from overcoming the things you once thought you couldn't and Scars only show where we have been, they do not dictate where we are going.
One piece of advice for clients:
Things don't change overnight, but if you work hard for what you want they will eventually change, you need patience, a goal and a willingness to believe that you are stronger than you think, a little bit of stubbornness is also helpful!

Why I got into the industry:
I was always jealous when I heard people say, “I love my job, it doesn’t feel like work” and wondered “why can’t that be me?”. After building up some inner courage, I decided to turn my passion into my career. Exercise was not always my passion though...in fact I used to think exercise was just for losing weight or getting toned. I grew to realise that exercise does SO much more. To me, it is about the endorphins, the sense of accomplishment, feeling strong, being able, developing self-confidence, and having more energy. I fell in love with how it made me feel. It has helped me in so many ways and I wanted to help others experience the same. I absolutely LOVE helping my clients everyday!
Experience:
Cert III and Cert IV in Fitness

Level 1 Functional Movement Screening

Favourite Food:
I love seafood! Any chance I get, I will go for a nice piece of fish or some prawns. If coffee counted as food though, I would say coffee
Favourite exercise:
The Deadlift! I love the challenge of both executing and coaching such a complex movement.
Favourite quote:
I am going to use an affirmation here (as I love them) …… “I am and always will be good enough, smart enough and strong enough”
One piece of advice for clients:
The only person you need to compare yourself to is you! How many calories you burn, your clothing size, that number on the scale, or how much you sweat compared to others does not determine how hard you have worked or where you are on your fitness journey. It is YOUR journey. Own it and be proud of your small wins along the way.
