WHAT IS PERFORMANCE PHYSIQUE

Performance Physique is designed for people that have an aesthetic goal in mind, but performance is also valued in their training. It's for people who take training seriously but are looking for a way to effectively workout to achieve both strength gains and overall toning without having to train 7 days a week. Here we have fused elements of strength and conditioning, hypertrophy, and cardio together, selecting the most beneficial exercises to provide an effective way of training for those gym goers who are looking to spice things up or secretly have an aesthetic goal (which is nothing to be ashamed of). Like the old saying goes.....work smarter, not harder.

 

This 12 week program is a great kickstart to help create habit change. Working out 7 days a week or burning the candles at both ends? Feel like you need a purpose to train? Tried to find a balance between eating and exercise? Looking for something new to try? If you have answered yes to any of these questions, are ready to commit yourself to at least 12 weeks, and are confident in performing the fundamental movements, then Performance Physique is for you!
