Whether you want to dial up the intensity or take your first HIIT class we have an option to suit you, work your booty, legs, arms or core, we’ve got a class with a spot just for you. Create your own personalized schedule by choosing the classes that suit your needs.
Smash and burn with our Hiit That boxing workout. 45 minutes of high intensity boxing and body weighted movements to bring out a little Rocky in all of us. Get the heart rate up quick smart and let off some anger and steam with us in our boxing circuits.
Strength and Conditioning
It's weights time, we torch the fat and build lean muscle with this 45 minute strength and conditioning class. Let the weights take control and blast your way through using various exercises and correct techniques to become stronger during our Hiit workout. Don't be scared to lift the heavy weights during this class!
Bootcamp our full body workout sessions both cardio and strength using a number of pieces of functional equipment such as, Kettle bells, battle ropes, dumbbells, torsion bars, ply boxes, medicine balls, barbells etc. We target every muscle group with our fat burning 45 minute HIIT workout. You will leave feeling worked all over but energised for the rest of the day.
